Day Nursery’s Health and Safety Committee members handled most of the details of the picnic planning and setup. I couldn’t resist the cheesy headline for this post because I have lots of pictures to share and Erin Slack our HR Director and picnic planning superstar shared with me today the list of the winning centers from the various team competitions.  Eagle Creek Park  Shelter B was hopping Saturday with Day Nursery employees and their family while we played volleyball, badminton, kickball, bocce, and corn hole.   Day Nursery provided the main part of the main, delicious BBQ from Squealers and all the staff pitched in a side or dessert.

The Northwest & Avon teams tied for first place in the group activities. Each site won a Visa Gift Card to spend on the staff.  Second place went to the State center and third place was a tie between the Federal and Clarian centers.

The staff from our center at  Fort Harrison won a food gift card for the Best Team Flag.

The Lilly Center won a food gift card for having the Best Game Leader.

Door prize winners were Denise Hancock; EFB; Twannette Harrington; State; Marica White; Federal and Connie Anderson, State.
